Associate I – Semiconductor Product Validation

nnUST Global® is looking for a Associate I
– Semiconductor Product Validation to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading semiconductor developer in US.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on front end and back end development technologies.

The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

nn nn Responsibilities: Understand the FW features and the test cases to validate them Execution of test cases and provide the test results Triage, file and follow through defects till closure Prepare test systems by assembling the required hardware, flashing FW and installing OS Work closely with Customer team in achieving the deliverables Publish daily and weekly status reports Interaction with Inventory team and Rework team for Quick resolution of issues during Setup / troubleshooting nn nn Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor degree in electrical/ computer engineering 1 year of validation experience in validation of BIOS/FW/platform of Server/Client with client’s architecture Knowledge of various subsystems and interfaces in a PC Client system Ability to understand BIOS/FW/product features and execute the test cases Ability to assemble computer system Ability to understand, articulate and isolate the issues observed during test execution Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams Experience in assembling Si, CPU\PCH and test hardware as per Config sheet .

Experience in execution reporting on daily basis ,Sighting creation and defect fix verification and regression analysis nn nn Good to have Skills: nnProgramming skills in Python / ITP and JTAG debug infra understanding nn nnLocation nnThis position is based in Hillsboro,Oregon.
