Overview of the Accounts Payable Lead role:

• Prepare check runs regularly
• Enter accurate data into accounting systems
• Review vendor invoices
• Account reconciliation
• Manage vendor issues
• Various daily support to the Accounts Payable team

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Lead:

• 2+ years’ experience in construction accounting preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in accounts payable
• Experience with QuickBooks and Vista Viewpoint preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Understanding of GAAP and vendor compliance
• Ability to work in a team environment
