· Identify the products to be assessed for compliance.nn nn

·Create the plan on how to make them accessibility compliant before releasing to general public.nn nn
·
·Gather the requirement for the compliance process.nn nn
·
·Lead team in assessing the product to create guidelines for issues reporting.nn nn
·
·Communicate issues to customer and product team.nn nn
·
·Help customer create plan to fix issues and provide the suggested fixes.nn nn
·
·Work independently with customer for priority scheduling, cadences, onboarding of digital products, etc.nn nn n nn nn Must Have: nn nn
· Work with designers, developers, and content managers on using existing accessibility solutions, as well as authoring new innovative solutions with high standards for accessibility across platforms.nn nn
· Provide accessibility guidance to product teams/ designers during product design/ spec review.nn nn
· Provide specific guidelines regarding front end web accessibility.nn nn
· Excellent working knowledge on WCAG 2.1/ 2.0 A and AA standards (preferable to have MAS standards knowledge)nn nn
· Sec 508 compliance knowledgenn nn
· Testing process and bug logging, tracking through closure in ADO/ VSOnn nn
· Excellent knowledge in testing with tools like AI, CCA, etcnn nn
· Conversant with ATs like narrator, NVDA, JAWS for AT testingnn nn
· Manual testing with keyboard, dark theme in windows, reflow testing etc.nn nn n nn nn nn
