Job Summary: **Job Title:** Shop Foreman

H& E Equipment Services has an immediate opening for a Shop Foreman.

The Shop Foreman reports directly to the Service Managers and the direct line of communication between the Service Manager and shop technicians.

The Shop foreman is responsible for ensuring shop jobs are completed in a timely fashion and reporting daily progress updates to the Service Manager.

Other responsibilities include maintaining and surveying that all technicians working in the shop are following H& E’s safety standards while performing their daily duties.

**Job Requirements:** * A minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanic with 1-2 years’ of previous supervisory experience is desired * Must demonstrate competency in the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of cranes * Exceptional customer service and organizational skills * Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones and tablets * The ability to train lower level employees * A high school diploma or its equivalent is required **Preferred Qualifications:** * Factory, Mechanical or Vocational training is very beneficial * Mechanical/Supervisory experience in the industrial or heavy equipment field Searching for a solid, growth-oriented company that values its employees?
