Job Descriptionn n Job Title: IT Technical EngineernLocation: Hillsboro, ORnDuration: 12 MOnthsn n Optimize the capability of the IT infrastructure, services and technical resources to deliver cost effective and sustained level of application availability.
Develop plans and actions to assure application infrastructure meets continuity management SLA.
Align cross-functional resources to ensure successful continuity tests and execution.
Implementation plan for technology recovery.
Manage the implementation and use of monitoring tools and procedures.
Define detailed metrics to measure and summarize results.
Manage problems and incidents, creates plans and assigns resources.
Negotiates and defines Service Level Agreements for areas of responsibility.
Assures resources alignment to support SLA.
Prepares for and supports emergency events including communicating to senior leadership.
Responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
Manages the installation and maintenance activities as they relate to application infrastructure.
Is responsible for the day-to-day activities of resources participating in the evaluation process .Develop goals and objectives at a strategic level for area of responsibility including hardware and software.n Typical Office: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.n
