Capability Enablement Coach (TrainerLearning Delivery) – Apex Systems – Onsite at our Retail Client in Beaverton, Oregon 12 month contract to start Job Summary Are you a driver of change? Are you passionate about helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes? As part of our team, the Capability Enablement Coach will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on enabling brand marketing capabilities. As the Brand Marketing Technology Capability Enablement Coach, you’ll lead and implement learning and development strategies that create a clear competitive advantage for the business. Your primary focus will be to drive training programs to enable capabilities in key marketing areas where process or technology changes are in play. You will partner with a team to develop consistent training (delivered in a variety of ways learner led, instructor-led, one-on-one, e-Learning, etc.) that will improve performance and effectiveness. You will guide and inspire, convey passion and train on fundamental to advanced knowledge required to perform job functions. You’ll work with a team to make sure appropriate training materials are developed that best support and drive required outcomes. You’ll also create a learning atmosphere, which appeals to a variety of learning styles and needs. You’ll partner with business leaders to improve organizational performance requirements based on employee demographics, skill inventories, business strategies and challenges. You’ll analyze data, extrapolate critical factors and make appropriate recommendations to improve current and future organizational performance and business results. You will assist in the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the training learning technology, data, and associated devices (e.g. Training environments, mobile learning devices, etc.). You will partner with Product teams to ensure all technical aspects of the training environments are covered. You will help troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues, manage training user IDs, manage training packets and exercises, and update learning assets and programs in conjunction with the org’s training needs. You’ll participate in the measurementassessment processes, analyze the results and determine appropriate solutions. You’ll participate in the development of measurable learning solutions based on analysis of individual and organizational performance gaps identified in partnership with senior business management. You’ll deliver and deploy a variety of learning solutions and formats to address individual and organizational performance gaps. You will be accountable for training delivery logistics, including planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, and maintaining training records. You will maintain and procure adequate supplies needed for training. You’ll maintain a growth and performance focused mindset and partner with the greater company Learning Development community to create innovative learning solutions that align to business strategies. Requirements for the position include Bachelor’s degree in Training, Communication, Education, DesignDevelopment or similar and 2+ years relevant training work experience Experience in a Marketing environment Ability to translate technical information to non-technical users 2+ years people leadership experience High competency with PC, MS Office – Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project Broad business exposure and direct experience in implementation of business change and process improvement initiatives. Ability to use sound decision making and problem solvingresolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills – with ability to tailor message to audience Strong analytical, investigative, interpersonal, written, and communicative skills Excellent organizational influence and critical thinking skills Strong team orientation, confidentiality, and ability to influence Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision Experience in driving consensus across teams Available to work flexible schedule when needed to accommodate remote training or meetings with global stakeholder EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
