nn nn n nn nnPREFERRED:nn nn* Previous receptionist or front office experience is helpful.nn nn* Experience in Health Care Office/Medical Setting/Chiropractic Office.nn nn* Experience with Medisoft billing software.nn nn* More advanced Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.nn nn n nn nnJOB DUTIES include, but not limited to:nn nn* Answer phones and schedule patients.nn nn* Greet in-coming patients.nn nn* Collect payments.nn nn* Assist patients in filling out forms.nn nn* Do medical/chiropractic/medicare billing using Medisoft software.nn nn* Communicate with insurance companies.nn nn* Create and maintain patient files.nn nn* Use computer, typewriter, and copy machine.nn nn* Track, order, and fill orders of Whole Food Concentrates.nn nn* Occasionally assist patients to treatment room.nn nn* Occasionally move cases of product weighing up to 45 pounds.nn nn* Cut up and arrange boxes for recycling.nn nn* Clean clinic to include: wiping down adjustment tables, emptying trash can, cleaning nn nn bathroom, cleaning windows, etc.nn nn*Knows Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (upload videos), Linked in, etc.nn nn n nn nnHOURS:nn nn* At least 26 hours per week, including Saturday mornings from 8:15 to 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.nn nn* Shift will start at 8:30 with lunch between 12:00 & 1:00 or 1:00 & 2:00, and end between 6 and 6:15 p.m.nn nn n nn Language skill requirement: Spanish language skills required to assist Spanish speaking patients complete forms, answer questions, and explain processes and procedures.
