Automation Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Test Architect in Beaverton, OR.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related discipline
• At least 6+ years in QE/test Automation
• Experience driving and delivering test automation with various tools (ALM, HP QC, Test Complete, ) including implementing automation for SaaS solutions
• Experience with Test Execution tools like Jenkins
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
• Skilled to manage efforts to gather and understand project need
• Efficient to identify manual regression test cases as potential automation candidates.
• Creates and maintain the required test automation scripts/ framework(s) to maintain the test automation suite of the project
• Spirit of contributing to a cross-functional agile team
• Excellent communication and analytical skills in agile environment
• Deep understanding of performance test principles, processes and implementations
• Design Performance test scenarios for executing load test – Peak, Endurance and Stress Tests
• Extensive experience in Implementation and hands on working knowledge of various monitoring tools such as HP tools such as Business Availability Center (BAC) /Site Scope, CA Wily Introscope, Customer Experience Manager (CEM) / Compuware tools such as Gomez, dynaTrace and Log monitoring tools such as Splunk
