Remote Program Manager with a Large Healthcare Client! Apex Systems is looking for a tenured Program Manager to work with one of our largest healthcare clients. Job Details This team is in charge of the IT Applications process for Mergers and Acquisitions. They make sure the technology department (TEO) has infrastructureapplications set up for the merging company, making sure the new companies that have been acquired have their applications upgraded andor rationalized, assist employees to get them switched over to new systemsapplications and their services switched over as well. Organizational change experience is key. They are looking to bring this person on to help Program Manage a large hospital integration. This person will do a lot of coordinating across Information Security, managing the integration of the IT applications across the organization as they go through the merger. Skillset Looking for a Sr. Level Healthcare IT Program Manager. Someone with 8+ years of Program Management experience pulling multiple projects together and evaluating risks. Strong healthcare experience required IT experience required. Experience with larger mergers andor acquisitions, company integrations, etc. Generic Description The Program Manager is accountable for overseeing large, diverse and complex projects in the areas of information technology, clinical informatics, physician practice implementations, quality improvement, strategic objectives and goals. Manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor. Manage client expectations from initial problem identification and through the project lifecycle. Develop and gain sponsor approval and signoff of the project charter and work breakdown schedule. Develops and leads the project team to the delivery of successful project outcomes. Builds and manages multiple, multi-functional collaborative project andor work teams. Coordinates the activities of multi-functional teams, as well as the project budget, task dependencies and schedule. Scope, risk and issue management, including documenting, communicating and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans. Develops, initiates and manages a communication plan, including regular project status reports. Delivers appropriate integration, training and implementation plans and activities. Manages stakeholders and multiple project teams in the context of a single project. Acts as a coach and mentor. May be required to supervise or manage Project Coordinators. Develops root cause analyses and process improvement plans. Maintains all project artifacts. Identifies, delivers and documents organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project.
