Job Description and Duties Reviewing technology contracts negotiating terms and pricing Drafting contract language working with internal customers to review requirements working with cross-functional teams i.e. legal, technical, business, finance Info. Security to get contracting details addressed Providing status updates to all levels of management Reviewing technology contracts Communicating contract details accurately to all levels of leadership Negotiating with Suppliers on contract terms Reporting status using excel reports or PowerPoint slides
