RN Day and Night Positions Open

Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center (SCHHC) has multiple day shift AND night shift openings for Registered Nurses.

Both Full-Time and Per-Diem positions available.

Full time positions are eligible for benefits.

These include positions in the following departments:
Med/Surg & Emergency Department Med/Surg Emergency Department
The RN is a clinical practitioner who coordinates and implements patient care, specific to the age of the patient population served on the assigned unit.

He/she ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with Southern Coos Health District standards of care.

He/she demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the organization.

Candidate should be flexible to changing systems, demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice, treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.

This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements Include, but may not be limited to:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required.

Current RN license in Oregon, required.

Current BLS and ACLS certification, required.

Minimum of one-year nursing experience, required.

For Emergency Department, the above requirements and:
PALS certification required.

TEAM or TNCC preferred.

CEN desirable.

At least one-year Med/Surg nursing experience required.

At least one-year Emergency nursing experience desirable.
