DESCRIPTION
About the Position
Provides clinical and administrative supervision for staff within our medication assisted treatment program.
Oversees the adherence to applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining to opioid treatment and behavioral health services, and service delivery and documentation.
Plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises and reviews the work of assigned staff.
Evaluates the operations and activities and provides recommendations for change and revision with particular attention to developing and enhancing substance abuse services.
Offers energy and support for change initiatives designed to update our clinics in response to the opioid crisis and our expansion of services.
One of the essential functions of this position is to travel within Lane county (occasionally outside of Lane County) to complete scheduled meetings.
About the Division
Lane County Behavioral Health provides services to more than 1,600 individuals with behavioral health conditions.
We work with community partners to provide a continuum of care from prevention through treatment and aftercare in an environment that promotes a culture of resilience and recovery.

– Friday; 8:00am
– 5:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and four years of professional experience directly related to area assigned, including lead or supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Some positions may require a Master’s Degree or Medical Doctorate specific to area assigned.
Preference will be given to candidates licensed as a psychologist, psychologist associate, social worker or professional counselor.
Preference given to candidates with medication assisted treatment experience.
Preference given to candidates with two or more years of experience as a supervisor in a substance abuse treatment setting.
