TME Technician

IT Technician, Hillsboro, OR Kelly Services is currently seeking an IT Technician for one of our top clients in Hillsboro, OR.

Open ended contract that includes full benefits.

Pay is up to 20hr.

Normal scripting, IA hardware knowledge and Linux understanding as a plus and good to have gaming knowledge or expertise.

Assist Engineers in system integration analysis.

Perform evaluation and analysis of PC, Laptop, and Server product platforms.

Evaluate systems and produce test procedures.

Provide training and technical support to internal and external customers ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES System Integration knowledge bull IA32IA64 system configuration and its components bull Microsoft and Linux OS configuration and installations bull DOSWinPE firmware tools, and BIOS configuration tools bull Imaging tools such as Symantec Ghost bull Scripting and batch file creation bull Excellent gaming experience Network bull Basic knowledge network fundamentals bull Ability to setup Wi-Fi access point and routers bull Ability to connect system into network configuration or a domain bull Ability to enable or disable network access Data backup bull Knowledge of data backup principles and security Infrastructure bull Ability to recycle out old hardware and replace with new hardware into the existing infrastructure bull Ability to upgrade existing OS or software with new patches bull Ability to learn new software tools and assist DDC engineers in doing analysis or gathering data ADDITIONAL JOB SKILLS bull BSAA degree in CE, EE, CET, EET or proven years of experiences.

bull A+ or other Certification is desirable bull Must have good knowledge of PC IA architecture, PC system hardware peripherals, OS software installationconfigurationdriver update, network fundamental and configuration, and at least 2 years of work experience in combination of testing desktop, server, notebook computer systems, and configuring network equipment such as routerswitch.

Gaming experience a plus.
